TESTIMONIALSHi Julie; Our journey initially started by taking our well considered requirements to a number of architects/draftsmen and then ended in despair when we received the quotes for the drawing/specs and ‘indicative’ pricing for the build. We then explored some of the ‘volume’ builders which looked more promising cost wise but they were totally inflexible and none of them were willing to modify their designs to suit our requirements. More despair! Then we found Hometec! I still remember our first question “We love it, but can we change it ?“ and you said “Sure, you can change anything you like!”. Looking at our plans now we have achieved EXACTLY what we wanted. We have taken the aspects of the Camden that best suited and incorporated all our other needs (5th bedroom, shared ensuite, huge Rumpus upstairs, redesigned kitchen/ laundry, powder room, etc...) We are so very happy with the final design and are very gratefully to you for all your assistance and advice. We truly believe that Hometec provides us great combination of ‘volume’ pricing and one-off flexibility. I appreciate your cheerful nature, the total absence of any pressure, the support we get from “the office”, the 2:00am e-mails with updated pricing, plans, answers to our questions and that fact that you happily take calls on your days off. Your team is an exceptional one and right from the start everything was great. Although a house like Sanfe Fe took a little less then 365 days to build, your team made sure everything was done in a timely matter and everyone was very accommodating to the changes we made to the home. The quality of our home is exceptional and we love it. Everyone that visits us, have nothing but complements on this great home. We have beautiful views and although it's been a long hard journey of house building, we are enjoying every minute in it. Thank you once again and all the very best for the future of home building. What we have appreciated is the fact that not one person had an issue with Jim's frequent visits - which by the way were more for looking and admiring rather than inspecting. The Painter, the tiler, the brickies, the chippies every single person working for Hometec - you should all be proud. And guess what else? The big boss came to visit the house and Jim met him. This alone is unheard of. We have highly recommended the company to people in fact the person that bought our Clayton property intends to build a townhouse in the back and we have given them Hometec details.
