At Hometec, we’re committed to supporting you with any warranty-related items under the terms of your Building Contract. If something’s not quite right, let us know — we’re here to help!

Please note: If the items you request to be inspected are found to fall outside of the structural warranty or defect liability period, a call-out fee of $550 will apply and be payable to the builder.

All inspections and any necessary repair works will be carried out during business hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
